For my mom to not go in jail

My mother used to put money for our motor because we dont have enough money so sh sell the motor to a guy but still we need to put money for the motor because its expensive for us now the guy we sell the motor changed the color and didnt show up to us no more we need to give 10k pesos which is 200 dollars in september 10 so please help us i dont want my mom to go to jail we are 5 kids and our dad is dead pleasee
