On behalf of our whole family. I would like to ask for financial help from you for my Brother JAN MICHAEL " DAN " CONCEPCION CASTILLO , current medical condition and situation. He is currently confined at Chong Hua Hospital and went through several laboratory test. A tube had been placed inside his nose to served as food passage as he doesnt eat anymore.
He was diagnose with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma last 2020 (Pandemic) and had been Chemotheraphy last 2022.
Now his condition is at its worst and we are trying our very best and do everything that we can to help him, but we can only do so much, hence my appeal to your generous heart.
With his current condition and with all the treatments and tests, he lost so much weight already but he still keeps the fight for himself and his family.
We fully understand that life is very hard these days thats why we appreciate and understand whatever help you can extend. We are left with no choice also that is why I really am asking for your help. Weve exhausted all available options (CHAMP, DSWD, PCSO, MALASAKIT, Party lists, etc.) since his diagnosis just to keep him alive, I apologize if this will bother you.
