Hey there, my name is Waldo. An aspiring looper with a dream. Ever since I watched a beatbox loopstation battle (which was MB14 vs SARO) during the COVID days at 2019, I was inspired by what the human mouth is capable of. I didn't know that it's actually possible to create music just from the mouth and with your imagination. From then on, I have always dreamed of getting one. I've been beatboxing since 2019 and I know how to operate a loopstation from watching so much RC505 tutorial videos. The only thing that's missing is the loopstation itself.
For those who don't know what a loopstation is, here is a small context.
A loopstation is a device where you can record a sound and loop it infinitely. The device comes with effects where you can manipulate the sound you just recorded. Thus, creating music. For my case, it will be used with beatbox sounds via a microphone. You can look up some videos to actually give you an idea on what it is.
It has become my goal in life to actually purchase my very own loopstation. But being in a tough situation right now, I can't seem to afford it. I have tried to apply for different jobs as a student just to actually save up but it always went to my school expenses, especially for my on the job training which is miles away from where I actually live. I'm an incoming 4th year Computer Science student. I'll be graduating next year on June(hopefully) after my thesis.
About the device, I found one that costs 586 USD without the shipping fee. I think it's from Japan. This is only the base device. No microphone or headset included as I'll try to save up for those myself. The 1000 USD is the minimum amount in this platform but I'm planning to close it once I reach 600 USD.
