sick kitten

i found this little kitten in the rain and i think its sick. I stayed at the rain and i gave the kitten a umbrella because i was waiting for the mother. It was raining pretty bad i felt that it was already cold so i took it inside my house. im willing to take care of it and once its older i will give it away. Im also planning on rescuing the mother but i need the money for it. I will buy it foods and a home. Please help me.
