I, Kris-An am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help. At the tender age of 27, I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis, a chronic autoimmune disease that has relentlessly attacked my kidneys and currently doing dialysis 3x a week at Our Lourdes Hospital Sta Mesa Manilla. I ended up being hospitalized and upon a kidney biopsy it was discovered that my kidneys have suffered irreversible damage due to Lupus. The cost of my medical care is staggering. Dialysis treatments, hospitalization along with the necessary medications to treat my lupus have created an insurmountable financial burden. This is why I am turning to you for help.
