3 week old baby with Hirsch sprung disease.

I am a 13 year old boy whose asking for help to people. My sister is not a month old yet, yet she is suffering from Hirsch sprung disease. And I am in deep sorrow and would like for some help, my mother has told me our hospital bill has come to 300k ₱ I would look to help them.. thank you.
