Dear Friends and Family,

My dad, Alfin Miguelino, is currently in the ICU fighting for his life. This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family, both emotionally and financially. As we focus on supporting him through this battle, we are reaching out to you for help. Alfin is a loving father, devoted husband, and cherished friend. He has always been the pillar of our family, known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support. He has touched the lives of countless people around him.

Unfortunately, my dad was recently diagnosed with pneumonia, diabetes, ischemic cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure, which has led to serious complications requiring intensive care. Despite his strength and resilience, the road to recovery will be long and challenging. The mounting medical bills, including ICU costs, medication, angiogram and potential angioplasty, are overwhelming for our family.

We are raising funds to ensure that my dad receives the best possible care during this critical time.
