Long limb - Help me walk

Hi!

I'm suffering from LLD and badly needed a surgery as it is now severe and i'm experiencing pain.

I was a victim of Gunshot wound when i was 6 years old and i am now 27 turning 28, my leg is 5 inches shorter than the other and i'm limping whenever i walk. I hope you guys can help me raise this fund so i can live and walk normally without any pain and any assist, i'm a dreamer and i believe in the power of a good heart.
