Kidney Transplant for Jacob

I am Jacob Asentista, 27, Married and has 2 kids, from Philippines.
I am in dire need of financial assistance for my Kidney Transplant operation.

The cost of transplant here in the Philippines costs more than $30,000 and we don't have this huge amount of money because we are only a low income earner, that's why, I am here, trying to ask for a Financial Assistance hoping that there will be somenone who will share some of their blessing.
