Hi my name is Carol, and i am raising funds for my mother, Analynn for her medical expenses here in the Philippines. a little background, she was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2021, but since she was afraid to tell us, due to fear of medical expenses, she endured the pain for a couple years until we noticed that she was having frequent bouts of bladder pain. So fast forward to 2024, we finally convinced her to get seen and treated at St. Lukes Hospital and the cancer is in STAGE 2, we qualified for medical discounts from their social services due to her being a senior citizen and no stable source of income. We have also spent our own personal money to finance the medical bills that was not covered by social services because we are supposed to take care of our own loved ones, however due to complications, such as bladder infections, her bladder surgery has been delayed leading to more days in the hospital and mounting medical bills. Her surgery has been successfully done March 19th, 2024, and she has been recovering but she is still in continuous pain medicine and stomach issues prompting doctors to keep her admitted in the hospital to monitor her which also means continuing bills.she also got a permanent urostomy because her bladder was already removed, I have 2 siblings with me.
