Friends and Brothers, here is a FATHER, UNCLE, FRIEND, BROTHER, RUBEN TOMAS CASTILLO, of brgy. SARMINGAN, NARVACAN, ILOCOS SUR PHILIPPINES and he was admitted to the METRO VIGAN HOSPITAL, Vigan city, Ilocos Sur Philippines due to the attack and bleeding in his head. He was admitted on February 26 and untill now he has not been discharged due to his ongoing treatment and lack of financial resources. The Hospital bill Seen in the picture.
