Help us for my baby ryzza's needs specially medicene for her heart she have a dawn syndrome also have an conjinetal heart disease.. my partner is a construction worker and hes salary is not enough to buy my baby's need just a little amount from your heart is big helpful she is 6months old but look like 8 weeks old.. she also confined at the hospital for 21 days and doctor said she need an operation for her heart but im afraid so i decide to maintenance her.. pls help us just for her continually medicine..thanks for the big heart who can give us help..
