I'm working in the office with limited activities, contact with computer only. After serveral working years, it really harm to my health and body.
I read alot about the weight loss methodology but it is not really good in many way, I want to have an good way of transformation without any harmfully to heath, increase testosterone, strong core of skeleton and best body form.
I'm researching a special method including training course, diet, relax with meditation focus on mans who working in office with limited activities.
Currently, I need help to finally my method and I can share with everybody who help me.
The picture is my testing in 1.5 month and I can start workout after working time without tired, ready for hardcore training.
I can completed 18km of running without any Injury.
