Xernan Fuertes Sallan, a dear brother, good friend, loving son and a father has been initially diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer early of the year 2019. As time goes, his condition worsened and is currently diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Undifferentiated Recurrent Disease Stage IV with Brain and Lung Metastasis. This caused him to have difficulty in speaking, walking and doing day-to-day simple tasks. During the past years, he has gone in and out of the hospital which has exhausted our financial resources. However, with hope and love, we are eager to continue his healing journey. And today, we are knocking on your loving and giving hearts for financial help that would greatly help finance my brother's medications and would cover other expenses.
