After 55 years I've finally found my reason to live . I have a beautiful wife and 5 kids that love me . I'm in the last stages of congestive heart failure and need bypass surgery . We do not have the means to afford this . I hate to do this but if anyone can help us with this it would mean everything to me . I need more time to get a home for my wife and kids before I leave them . Please if you're able to , would you help us ?
