My daughter (Jansen Elise Celino) was diagnosed of this illness called Focal Seizure and ADHD last 2018, she cant play like a normal kid just like the others, she's so special and emotional. She have a medicine that needs to maintain, it's expensive and rare here in our area. Im a single mom of two wonderful kids, her younger brother has an autism, they are both special. All i want for them is to have a normal life and provide what they deserve and needs. I am asking a little help from your humble heart, for the continuous medication and hospitalization of my daughter.
