For my kidney transplant

Hello im melodie bongato and im 34 years old suffering chronic kidney disease i live in caloocan city and i do a treatment 3 x a week ..its really hard in my situation coz i dont have income to get my treatment the only way to get me better is the transplant i already have my donor which is my brother but i dont have money for doing the transplant thats why im here and hoping that i can raise money here helping me to get it and brings me back into my normal life . Coz i have 2 kids thats need me i have 5 years old and 8 years old kids, i want to see them growing and i dont want to leave them .. i know god always with me and at first i will thank for the people will donate i rrally appreciate it... godblesss
