Heart Surgery for Our Little Warrior

I am making this campaign to raise fund for my grandson Dwight Harrell Gernale Maddara 1 year old, male born of my daughter Norietta Gernale housewife with his partner Darmo Maddara a public utility transport jeepney driver. My grandson was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease, Double Outlet Right Ventricle malposed great arteries, without pulmonic stenosis, long segment coarctation of the aorta. He was confined at the Philippine Heart Center last November due to Pneumonia. His Pedia-Cardio doctor advice us that he needs to undergo heart surgery that cost 800,000.00 and above. The family has only limited income and no financial capability to support the surgery. We are knocking and asking for your kind heart and financial support for our little warrior.
