For my diabetic father

Hi,good day ,I am asking for help/ assistance for my father ( 74 y.o.) he is diabetic and has hypertension. I lost my job a few months ago and I cannot support his medication, we ask assistance for his laboratories , monthly check ups and medicines for his maintenance. We need as soon as possible so that he can start to see a doctor and to start his medication.Any help much appreciated. Thank you ! God bless you all..
