Hello there! I'm Elise Gianna C. Pagar, I'm 3 months old, and living in the the town of Queen City of the South Sibonga, Cebu. I'm known as little madam for my big bows headband and for my beautiful and cute smile. However, lately I’m different due to some unexpected circumstances. But I have an important story to share with you, and I hope it touches your heart. When I’m still in my mama’s tummy about 20-24weeks , thru Congenital Anomaly Scan(CAS)I was diagnosed with Truncus Arteriousus Type 1 (TA T1) . Naturally my parents were concerned, so they were reffered to a perinatologist and discussed my condition. But sad to say her perinat and the doctor who performed her fetal 2d echo has same explanation, that after my mama gave birth to me any time I won’t survive. But with GOD’S great MIRACLE here I am alive. But as A CHD BABY 6 days after I’m out in my mama’s womb I had a 2d Echo procedure which they found out I have a PATENT DUCTUS ARTERIOSUS (PDA). After a thorough checkup and another 2d echo which was performed last January 18 the result came out that I have a SEVERE TRICUSPID VALVE STENOSIS or my right ventricle is not functioning , SEVERE PULMONARY VALVE STENOSIS and a PDA which is my life saver or the only way that is helping me live. My pedia cardio Doctor shared some worrying news with us. That I need to have a surgery but Only in PHILIPPINE HEART CENTER (PGH OR PHC) which is located in Manila because the surgery is only available there. He checked my breathing and listened to my little heartbeat, which sounded like a drum full of hope. My Pediatric Cardiologist advised us that the best course of action is open-heart surgery, a procedure that's crucial for my well-being. We don’t know the cost of this surgery yet beacause we need to have another check up at PGH in Manila and we know that's quite a lot for my family. We're trying our best, to ask for any medical assistance from our Government and to someone who are willing to share their blessings. I would be incredibly happy and grateful if you could support me or us in any way you can.
