Hello to good hearted people, I, KENNETH ROLAND VARGAS, a friend of the beneficiary JEFFERSON IGANA(seen in the picture)is asking for your assistance in order for him to continue for his operation and medication since he had an accident while he was driving last January 19, 2024. The Family of Jefferson is asking for help to suffice the needs for operation of the fractured foot and hand. Currently he is admitted at Bicol Medical Center, Naga City Camarines Sur Philippines. He is suffering pain and found that he have fractured left wrist at fractured right leg.
