Hello, I'm creating this campaign for my kidney transplant journey. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 5 last year and I'm currently under dialysis twice a week and it's very expensive to have dialysis. I'm planning to have kidney transplant because I want to live more years for my family and also for my two childrenm hope you help me witb my journey. Thank you
