Hello.
I am from the Philippines and I am an animal welfare advocate. Recently, we were not able to support our adopted dogs due to the pandemic. Some of them, like Bingo (the dog in the photo), need medication. Bingo has skin disease probably due to old age. As much as we would like to give all our adopted dogs a better life, we cannot do so at the moment because we don't have enough funds.
