Please help me fund my need for a laptop. Im a fresh licensed civil engineer in philippines. Cant afford to buy one for a reason of small salary, about 300 dollars per month. I need a laptop to grow in my field of profession, cant practice basic estimate and 3d rendering because i dont have a laptop.
