I'm Norwen James Loquinario, and I'm from Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu. I am asking for your kind heart for my child, who is presently confined at the Perpetual Succor Hospital in Cebu City, I would want to request financial aid. My eldest son had surgery to remove a tuberculosis infection from his left lung. Because our cost has grown to reach more than $6,000, we are not allowed to leave the hospital. Thankfully, we were directed to Congresswoman Rhea Gullas for financial support, and we were able to obtain $1,800, which significantly alleviated our burden. Our hospital bill is still above $5,000, though.
I'm writing to you right now, because we were told to ask for your help with our medical cost. We hope you take notice of our request. On December 27, 2023, the physicians advised us to be released; however, we are unable to do so since we still owe the hospital money. On December 16, 2023, our child was admitted, and on December 19, 2023, they had surgery.
We genuinely hope that you will be able to help our family.
