Served the army and U.S. veteran. He visited me in the Philippines to meet me.we have been in contact for more than 3 years now. He obtained a tourist visa in the Philippines for his short duration. Unfortunately he got sick and hospitalized. Until now he still in the hospital we billed by the hospital for almost $4,000 now he cannot be discharged because we don't have money anymore. I already exhausted all my savings for him.i have no more money to spend for him. Besides I am paying his tourist visa plus penalty every month of his stay. His veterans medical benefits cannot be applied. It does not work the way we wish to.all my money are spent for all his medicines because the hospital does not provide it.
