Maintenance Repairs Nissan Sentra

Hey guys, I really need help for the maintenance of this 26 year old Sentra.

-front and rear suspension rebuild
-AC not working
-3 Windows not rolling down anymore
-engine and transmission mounths needs replacement
-parking brake only works in one rear wheel, but condition is deteriorating
-needs alignment

also needs new rear tires. i bought used tires for the mean time (30$ for two tires)

this car was gifted to us in 2018.
I only earn around $540 a month here in the Philippines.
I don't want this car to completely breakdown. can't afford a new one either.
