False Accusation, I need an attorney.

My older sister, Ana, called the police because my little sister smelled like cannabis. The police arrived and they talked down to us. Finally they said, "Let's go this one talks to much". So they left but Ana wasn't satisfied. We all went back inside and I finished the salad I was making. Ana sat at the counter and I said, "You could have just talked to us first before you called the police", "You're just trying to start trouble". Then she threatened me, saying " Do you want me to call the police again?", " If you don't be quiet I'll call again". I kept talking so she dialed 911. I wanted to talk to the lady on the line so I tried to grab the phone, before I could take it Ana hung up. Then she went outside and I followed her, I said " Why are you trying to start trouble, if you don't like it here you can leave!". Then I went back inside and served my little sister, we were eating our salad. 10 minutes later the police were back, they called us outside. One of them started questioning us, "Did one of you hit her or throw anything at her?" I said no. Then he asked me if I took the phone from her, I said yes because I touched it but forgot to say she hung up first. So I was detained, they cuffed me. It was humiliating, I had to be cuffed for 4 hours, I had bruises on my wrist for weeks. I got to come back home the same day because of quarantine regulations, when I walked into the house SHE WAS EATING MY SALAD! Now I have to go to court September 1st. Ana miss abused and emergency hotline and lied to the police, her goal was to get someone detained/in jail. I need to hire an attorney, to help me stand up for myself.
