8yo Lipoma In Need for Surgery

I had undergone MRI and been found with Lipoma which I had for many years. The large mass has to be removed before it affects my muscles and spine and become more complicated. For the past months, this mass gives me difficulty in sleeping. Prolong sitting and standing gives me unbearable lower back pains which may occur more often than usual if I don't get this remove soon.
