Good day to all good Samaritan all over the world. I am Sheila Mae Poblacion from Philippines humbly asking help for my uncle Selmer Poblacion patient with Malignant Neck Tumor a 57 years of age, a breed winner and a father of 12 children. As of today he is undergoing medication in the hospital due to said illness and we are humbly asking for help to prolong his life and to continue his medication. He had undergo 2 operation already due to infection and blood clotting in the neck. He is under oxygen also to help him breath. He eats soft diet thru NGT FOOD INTAKE he have also several medicine to take for the pain and to prevent more infection to occure.
We the family is asking for your help to prolong his medication and to give him another operation for his throat and for his medical supplies as week such us for cleaning and sanitizing his wounds in the neck. As of today we have no other option to continue his medicine due to not enough source of income and financial assistance. We are only a average family with minimum wage.
