Good day everyone, I'm Geralyn Ramos I would like to ask you for help with my husband that he was diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease. Unfortunately the medicine could no longer cope with his pain. He really needs immediate surgery but we don't have the ability to operate on him. My husband is the breadwinner of our family. Bit now he can be no longer work because of his heart disease. I hope you can help my husband for his heart surgery that' he can't be with our children for a long time. I'm knocking for those with a good heart I hope you can help my husband heart surgery. Now we rely on the help of other people even when it comes to our daily expenses specially foods & medicine of my husband. Now we're living with my sister house we can't afford to pay an apartment.
