I would like you to meet my brother Frenzel. He is the breadwinner and a family provider. Everyone enjoys his jovial personality and willingness to help others. But right now, our brother is suffering and in severe pain because of the dislocation in his spine, which also caused numerous inside infections, including UTI and pneumonia. And now, he is currently having difficulty in breathing connected with nasal oxygen.
On behalf of Frenzel Picoc, my brother, we are seeking for financial and medical support after being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, also known as axial spondyloarthritis, an inflammatory disease that, over time, can cause some of the bones in the spine, called vertebrae, to fuse. This fusing makes the spine less flexible and can result in a hunched posture. If ribs are affected, it can be difficult to breathe deeply. To correct the fracture in his spine, he needs emergency surgery to avoid paralysis.
As of now, the estimated amount for the operation is 700,000 pesos, not including the hospital bills and medical expenses. Now, he can't pee and poop because of the broken spine. He can’t even walk straight and lay down on the bed. Now he is currently confined at Global Care Medical Center of Bay to cure his infections and pneumonia in preparation for his operation.
