DIABETIS MELLITUS TYPE 2
HEART FAILURE WITH PRESERVE INJECTION FRACTION
S/P RAY AMPUTATION OF RIGHT TOE
ACUTE PULMONARY CONGESTION, PLEURAL EFFUSION PROBABLY FROM CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE
HYPERTENSION

our bill rich 1.3M Philippine peso. We seek assistance from our LGU but still not enough to cover the bills, our salary with my son is not also enough, since we need to buy medicine for him, pay rent and foods, my husband got 50/50 but the best reward that we received is his alive.

I'm seeking help on any amount, regardless if it's small but if will combine all it will get bigger.
