Hello, I am Jerome Alejo, 23 years old, a filipino. I have a terminal illness that have no cure called end stage renal disease (ESRD) or also known as Chronic Kidney Disease wherein both of my kidneys failed or stopped working.
I have to take 3x a week dialysis sessions and i usually get hospitalize every 4 to 5 months due to complications of my illness like having Ascites and Pleural effusion. I also have anemia, hypertension and acute heart failure wherein my heart is at 29% Function.
I really need your help to fund my lifetime Dialysis Treatment, Maintaince Medicines, and other Medical needs because i am struggling to fund for it. I have no source of income because i am unable to work due to my illness and my parents are just farmers who has a low income and struggling to fund my medical needs because their income is not enough.
