For my grandfather with cancer

Hi, I am a young 16 year old from the Philippines. Never would I have thought that I would be using this website, but out of desperation to help my family in any possible way, I wouldn't think twice to do anything for them.

My grandfather was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. Last year, 2022 we've noticed that my grandfather's health has been deteriorating, so my uncle(who's working overseas as a seaman) who was and still is the only one who has given financial support for his father, decided to bring him to the hospital for check ups and he was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia, which meant that he had to get surgery but the hospital bills was too much for my uncle to pay alone so my aunts were able to get some help through charities but we still had a large bill to pay thankfully that time we were able to pay it.

But back in 2022 after my grandfather's operation because my grandfather is quite a stubborn man, he had to go back and fort to the hospital because of complications. And now, when we thought he was finally healing, it came back but much worse than last year. His stomach started to inflate and hardenand he has trouble breathing, also he is unable to stand or walk on his own, he needed assistance to support him.

After going through some tests, the doctors later found out that he has Liver Cirrhosis although we knew that this was the result from substance abuse when he was young he's still a great man and he is like a father to me and I cannot, I do not want to lose him, He is far too young he is only 69 years old.

He, was the onee that provided for me when I was a baby although I was born out of wedlock my grandfather was the one who insisted on taking care of me, back then I was a sickly child, if it weren't for him, I would have probably died.. He used to work in Libya, Nigeria as a chef, thus he was able to provide for my grandmother and I, my grandmother was also a parental figure for me, I consider them both my biological parents because my actual parents weren't ablt to be there for mr as a child.--Although this is all unrelated and unimportant details, I just want all of you to know how much he means to me and how much I am willing to do as a teenager to help him. Because he hs done so much for me, I wat to do everthing that I can do to help him too.

Now, my aunt who iss my uncle's wife, decided to breaak the news that after discovering a two tumors in my grandfather(it is yet to be decided if the tumor in hi8s pancreas or the tumor in his liver is malignant) but nevertheless a malignaant tumor meant that he has cancer. And only now based from the results, my grandfather has Stage 3 cancer.

Because he is now a senior and very much frail, we fear that he may not be able to handle chemotherapy and that it might become another reason for his health to deteriorate even more.

Please I ask for your help... I want to at least be able to prolong his life but we don't have the fund to afford all of that. I humbly ask for you to give help to my family, to afford his medication..
