Father's medical needs and family's needs

Hi! This is Georgie, I would like to ask for your help to sustain my father's needs in medicine there are so many medicines that he needs. I can't take him to the hospital for his laboratories as I don't have enough money for labs. Also, I am the one who support my sister's education and I am only the one who supports the needs of my parents. I have a job but my salary can't support everything since I'm also pregnant.
