Hi Everyone, Meet Ms. Lucy Tapya; she was a hit-and-run victim. She was left on the street, almost lifeless, during a very rainy night. When I found her, she had a lot of wounds on her face and bruises, especially on her private parts. I bathed her, cleaned her, and put some medicine on her wounds. We had her checked out at a veterinary clinic, where they requested an x-ray and bloodwork. The result came out, and I was advised that she needs surgery, and the cost of the surgery is around 60K pesos. I have been looking for a vet surgeon that is more affordable, but I can't find one.
