Overview

Our goal is to create a successful restaurant model that can be replicated through franchising, offering aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to join our brand and expand its reach.

This will be the next go-to roasted chicken for most Filipinos.

The Product

Our roasted chicken has 4 flavours - inasal, pepper, sweet, and spicy. We boast our product for its truly delectable up to its bone. It's very tender and juicy, which is what most customers are looking for in a roasted chicken. This is oven-cooked to avoid burnt parts that are not healthy

We have reliable suppliers of raw chicken and add-on spices. From its default flavours, we add our secret recipe to make it more special.

It has started at home taking orders. Given the demand, we'd like to level up by setting up a restaurant. We already have the location but it needs construction to accommodate the dining experience.

The Market

It currently sits in a subdivision in Binangonan, Rizal with approximately 13,000 in population. You need to take 2 tricycle rides to get to the town proper to buy the next decent roasted chicken. The place does not have many restaurants, there lacks a place to socialize over decent food and ambience. Conquering this area is a win-win situation - more customers for the business and more convenience and practicality for residents of all ages.

Despite the proximity, the majority of the residents are working class and go to the city to work. It means, these people know what good food is and can afford a meal for PhP 350-500 for 4-6 pax.

We already have regulars and its popularity has spread through word of mouth and repeat orders.

Objectives/Future

Our objective is to give value to the community by providing an affordable decent roasted chicken and setting up a place for socializing and celebrations - which the community lacks. Once established in a year, we will venture into franchising and setting up stores in public areas such as markets, terminals, and malls. For a start, it would be within Rizal, then NCR, then nearby cities and towns. In 5 years' time, Jed's Roasters will be well-known nationwide.
