I hope this post finds you well and asking for your kind hearts to hear me out for a few minutes. I am reaching out to each and every one of you who stumbles across this post with a heavy heart, my family and I are seeking your support and assistance. My beloved mom is in urgent need of a medical procedure that is highly essential for her health and well-being.
For you those who know my mom, or who even had a very quick encounter or chat with her, you would have felt the warmth and bright presence she carries. She has had great impacts in a vast number of people’s lives most especially her friends and family with her compassion, kindness, and generosity.
Our mom will be needing another procedure for her permanent access so she can have her regular 3x a week haemodialysis. This is due to her former permanent access acquiring a bacterial infection, therefore, needing replacement ASAP as this is vital for her to continue the routinely haemodialysis.
She has been having her haemodialysis treatments since 2017 and had undergone angioplasties in the years 2016 and 2019. Additionally, she has also suffered 2 mild strokes, one that occurred in 2017 and the other fairly recent, this year, 2023.
