For my daughter transplant

I Elvis Ruamar , I am coming to your good office good heart to asked for help for my daughter EILEEN ESCO RUAMAR DIAGNOSED CHORONIC KIDNEY DISEASE STAGE 5 SECONDARY TO LUPUS NEPHRITIS. she now dialysis patent for a year we are parents plan for a transplant but we don't enough funds. And despite of illness she persisted to finish studies. So pls. Help us.
