Hi, my father J. Rizal Racela has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer Stage 4. He has not symptoms apart from feeling he has GERD and had irregular bowel movements. We rushed him to the hospital thinking he has anemia because he started to feel weak. When we first got to the hospital his hemoglobin was so low and considered to have severe anemia, he got blood transfusion (9 bags) and had his CT scan to know the cause of his internal bleeding. Unfortunately it took too long for the hospital to give us the results, and his health deteriorated further. We took him home while waiting for the results but his health became so bad that we need to rush him to another hospital, his hemoglobin got low again because the bleeding was not addressed. We somehow felt that the first blood transfusions he had was useless.
After more than two weeks we finally got the CT scan results and it showed that he already has a big mass on his pancreas already attached to the spleen and also affected his kidneys too. The doctors confirmed it was pancreatic cancer. This is a very aggressive type of cancer, almost no symptoms or pain yet when discovered its already on the advanced stage.
My father has been in and out of the hospital for the past month already, been to the ICU, gone through many blood transfusions but his bleeding still does not stop. We are pleading for your help because our hospital bills are piling up already, we are humbly asking for your financial help for his procedures and treatments. Help us extend his life and also pray for his healing.
