This is Jack Jack he is a 6 year old miniature poodle, He's been a very good boy and loves to interact with humans. Sadly he has Cataract and needs surgery before he goes fully blind. It will cost us PHP 120,000/CAD 2835. Any amount will help and be gladly appreciated. :)
