Good Day! My name is Gay and I am writing on behalf of our family. Last 2018, my husband Sonny was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 5(end-stage renal failure) He has required dialysis treatment twice a week since then.
It has almost been five years since he started dialysis treatment and his body is already feeling complications. His nephrologist said that the best option for him to have a better quality of life is to have a kidney transplant. Our son Kyle is willing to donate his kidney to his father. We planned the transplant in December 2018 but until now we haven't pushed through with it.
God had other plans. But this year our doctor told us to go with the transplant already for him to have a longer life as he is weaker.
We are appealing to your kind hearts to help us raise funds for both Sonny and Kyle's work-up and also for kidney transplants. Our target amount for everything is at least 950,000 PHP and need it soon.
