Start up business for a disabled person

First of all. My name is Paul Kevin Galo from the Philippines. I am currently unemployed because of the pandemic. Since then I am applying for various job vacancies online but still I can't find work, maybe because of my disability called Cerebral Palsy. I have difficulties in speaking and slightly in physical movement. I hope you can fund me to start my mini business to help my single mother financially to because I still have a 7 year old sibling. My mother is a public school teacher. I would like to start a mini computer cafe or printing services to help my mother. I am a college undergraduate of information technology.
