Hello! A blessed and good day to everyone. I am Rowell Calderon Sison, 39 years old, and currently employed as an Administrative Aide IV (Clerk II) in the Provincial Government of Pangasinan, Philippines. I am happily married with a lovely daughter, who is now 4 years old.
I am an average Government Employee whose salary is not enough to feed and raise a family, and now that I am diagnosed with Brain Tumor, my Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) alone is hard for me to finance. At present, I am financially struggling to cover my medical expenses, so too with my medications and follow-up check-ups. I have to loan from other agencies just to pay my MRI. I am humbly asking for your kindness and compassion. I will deeply appreciate any amount of financial support that you will extend for me for my surgical operation, chemotheraphy, radiation and maintenance medicine.
Please Help me. Please... I want to see my daughter grow and finish her schooling. I am doing this for my daughter, Please help me extend my life.
