Medical assistance for my father

My father was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease, Coronary Heart Disease, Chronic Hypertension, and Catheter Insertion with Bipedal Edema last 2022. We are struggling to finance for his medical treatment and medication for his Hemodialysis every week (two times a week) and Catheter Insertion every month.
