Help My brother with his skin deseas

It started at the month of march, my brother felt ich in his legs then after a week it became more itchy and painful we notice that he has that red dot on him we took him to dermatologist by the help of our aunties, he diagnosed with skin deseas and its transperable, we are 4 on the house we 3 are just student and just my mother as it's transpeeable we also got his deseas and suffer with itch we strugle to sleep at night and to eat our food, our dermatologist gave us 2 different ointment, 1 lotion 2 different medicine to cure our deseas. as a student we cant afford to buy our medecine and needs to cure ourselves my mother salary is just enough for our food and basic needs.
