Hi Everyone My name is Michael 30 years old I'm a Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease Patient, my Kidney Failure was triggered by my Diabetes for I am a Type 1 Diabetic Insulin Dependent Patient aswell. I am here asking for everyones help for I am broke and is no longer capable of financially supporting my daily medical needs and weekly dialysis treatment.
