Frozen shoulder treatment

I'm Jun from the Philippines. I suffered a frozen shoulder last 2016 which until now I have it. I don't have any job right now.

I have a batchmate telling me that I have to go to Davao City again for my medication. It's a 4 hours drive from my place. It will cost me P6500 only.

Here is my computation:
Bus 1000
Doctor fee 4000 (2 injections - 1 in my arms and 1 in my middle finger)
Other 1500 ( taxi, hotel, meals , medicine and others)

I need your help ..
