SURGERY ASSISTANCE Dear Friends, Family, and Compassionate Supporters,
I am writing to you today with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My name is Shan Garcia, and I am asking help in behalf of my brother [Juna Tabios] who is currently battling a severe case of acute pancreatitis, a condition that has turned his life upside down. I am reaching out to you through this GoFundMe campaign in the hope of raising funds to cover the costs of the life-saving surgery my brother urgently require.
Background: On May 25, 2023, my brother was unexpectedly diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, a painful and life-threatening condition that has severely affected his health. He has endured excruciating pain, and have been unable to perform even the simplest daily activities. The hospital that he is in, Rm. 213 Baguio General Hospital, Baguio City Philippines has scheduled him for an immediate surgical operation tomorrow, May 27, 2023 to alleviate his suffering and prevent further complications.
The Cost of Surgery: The estimated cost of the procedure, including hospitalization, medication, and post-operative care, amounts to Php 250-300,000. Unfortunately, our family do not have the financial means to cover these expenses on our own. As much as I hate to admit it, we are in desperate need of your support and generosity to give us a chance at recovery.
